How to create an account?

You can create your courrèges customer account by clicking on the «Log in» section in the top left-hand corner of the website. Then click on «Create an account» and fill in the obligatoy information. Finally, click on «Create account».

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided when creating your account.

If you need help or if you would like more information, please contact courrèges customer service.

What are the advantages of creating an account?

Creating an account on allows you to be quickly identified by House when shopping on the online shop. It will not be necessary to fill in again your personal data.

Your account also allows you to

- consult your order history
- create your wishlist
- be notified of restocking for out of stock items
- update your contact details / information

For your security, does not store your credit card information and will not share your personal information with any third party.

Can I make changes or delete my account?

You can modify your courrèges account information at any time from the «Your account» section. Fill in your login and password and, once you are logged in, go to the «My profile» section to modify or delete information.

If you wish to delete your account, we invite you to contact our courrèges customer service to help you with the steps to follow.


Your wishlist allows you to save the item(s) you are interested in so that you can easily find them later in your account, check if they are subject to limited availability and to proceed directly to their purchase in a single click.

You can activate and deactivate notifications for each item directly from your wishlist.


If you have forgotten your password, click on «Log in» and then on «Reset your password». An e-mail will be sent to you with instructions. Please check your e-mail inbox and click on the link sent to you by e-mail to reset your password.

If you do not receive an email, you can request a password reset by writing to our customer service department.

How can I find out if an item/product is available on

The items on the site are classified by category and by product line. We invite you to use the search in the menu and to enter the key words of your search. All the articles corresponding to will be proposed to you. For any request concerning a product not available on our site, you can contact our customer service.

Some of our courrèges pieces are available for purchase on our website. To find out if an item is available, choose the item you are interested in on our site and click on it. You will be offered two possibilities:

- If the «add to bag» mention appears, this means that you can order it directly online.
- It is possible that the item you are looking for is temporarily out of stock at the moment. In this case, you can enter your e-mail address to be informed of its future availability.

You can contact the courrèges customer service department where our advisors will be delighted to guide you through your purchases or provide you some information regarding the characteristics of the article and its availability in our shops.

What methods of payment are accepted on the site?

Payment for purchases on the courrè site can be made by CB, American Express© , Visa©, Eurocard©, Mastercard© or Apple Pay©. Payment can also be made by Paypal or by Klarna.

Is buying on secure?

All transactions made on the courrè website are highly secure. An SSL encryption system is in place to protect your personal data and payment information. In addition, courrèges undertakes not to keep any information related to your credit card details.

We also reinforce the security of payments thanks to the 3D Secure system for Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards that are equipped with. An additional step takes place at the time of payment, allowing the identity of the cardholder to be verified and the transaction validated.

We inform you that each bank has its own authentication. If you have any questions about your 3D Secure code, we invite you to contact your bank directly. 

When is my payment debited from my account?

Your bank account will be debited as soon as you receive your confirmation e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming the shipment of your order with its tracking number.

How do I place an order online?

Some of our courrèges items / products are available for sale on our website. To place an order, add an item to your shopping cart by clicking on the «Add to bag» mention on the page of the selected item. Make sure you select the size and quantity you want when necessary. Once you have selected your items, you can finalize your order by clicking on the cart logo at the right top corer and then on «proceed to checkout». You will be able to modify or validate your basket before proceeding to payment.

You will then be asked to complete your delivery and billing address by choosing one of the following three options:

- log in if you already have a courrèges account
- create your courrèges account if you are ordering for the first time on
- order as a guest without creating an account Your delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

Choose and fill in your payment method to finalize your order.

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. When your order is ready and shipped, a second e-mail will be sent to you with a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your package. For any further information, please contact our courrèges customer service.

My payment has been declined

If you receive a notification that your payment has been declined, please contact your bank or issuing institution. We also advise you to ensure the following:

- Your bank card has not expired
- Your 16-digit numbers are correct and you have selected the correct card type.
- The 3 or 4 digit security code is correct

If you have saved your card details or payment information, we also recommend you to check :

- if the selected card or payment method is active and has not expired
- ensure that the billing name and address match those associated with the credit card or payment method used

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can not cancel or modify your order once shipped. If you wish to modify your order before, please contact the courrèges customer service, our client advisors will be delighted to assist you with your request.

How do i access my order history?

You can consult your order history directly from your courrèges account. To do so, log in to your account and access the «My orders» section. If you have placed an order as a guest, please contact the courrèges customer service to obtain this information.


I have not received my confirmation e-mail

First of all, we invite you to check the «spam» category of your mail box.

You can also connect to your account and then click on «my orders» section. You will then be able to check the status of your order:

In process: the order has been validated and is being prepared.

Complete: the order has been sent to the delivery address you provided. You can track your order using the tracking number sent by e-mail.

Pending: the payment of the order has not been finalized. Please contact our customer service to assist you with your order.

Cancelled: the order has been cancelled by you or due to the possible unavailability of the item. It is also possible that the payment of your order has not been validated.

How do I track my order?

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into your account and clicking on the order in question in the «My Orders» section. Then click on the tracking number to be informed of the various stages of your order’s progress.

This same tracking number was also communicated to you in the shipment confirmation e-mail.

The delivery time

Your items can be delivered to your usual place of residence or to the address indicated when you ordered online on our courrè website. provides free delivery in Europe, United States of America and Japanese.

The delivery time in France is 1 to 2 working days and 3 to 6 working days for other destinations.

If you wish to have your order delivered to another country, you can contact our customer service.

In case of unavailability of items or during busy periods, delivery times may be extended. For more information, please consult our general terms and conditions of sale.

Can my order be delivered in store ?

When you place your order, delivery is only possible at home. We do not offer delivery in a shop or in a relay point.

I have not received my order. What can I do ?

Log in to your customer account and click on «my orders» section. You will then be able to track the status of your order.

If you do not receive your parcel within 5 working days, please contact the carrier customer service.


Can I return a product ordered on for an exchange or a refund?

You can return any item ordered within 14 days of receipt. Returns or exchanges of orders made on the site are not allowed in our shops. We do not propose exchanges.

When preparing your return, replace the item(s) in a suitable condition for resale, i.e. in their original state, unworn, with their identification label and the guarantee stamp. In the case of shoes, the soles must be intact. We recommend that you try on courrèges shoes on a carpet or rug-type surface.

Sealed items (swimwear, etc.) that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or taken back for reasons of hygiene and health protection.

If you want to return one of your item, we invite you to create it with our return portal.

How to return a piece online?

Courrèges offers you the possibility to return your item free of charge, within the limit of one return per order.

To make your return you will need to:

1. Make your request via our returns portal, specifying your order number and the e-mail address used when placing your order.

2. Make sure that the articles you want to return are in their original condition, unworn, still with their identification label and warranty stamp.

3. Print out your prepaid return slip and three copies of your proforma invoice attached when needed. Seal your package with your return label and the invoices. Cover existing labels.

4. Drop off your parcel at the collect point of your choice. Don't forget to ask for proof of delivery.

What should I do if my product is damaged or is not the product i ordered?

If one of your items is damaged or if the items delivered are not what you ordered, please contact our courrèges customer service specifying your order number.

When will my refund be processed?

Refunds are validated within 5 business days of receipt. During busy periods, this period may be extended to 10 working days. We will refund the item as soon as the return has been validated and you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refund processing time varies depending on the payment method used. For payments by credit card, we commit to refunding you within 7 working days following the reception of your refund confirmation. However, the time required to credit your credit card will depend on your card issuer.

For payments made via Paypal, the refund will be visible in your Paypal account within 24 hours after the date of the confirmation e-mail.

How can I get a courrèges piece repaired?

Courrèges offers a range of repair services for any products purchased on and in our boutiques.

If you bought a piece in our boutiques and want a repair, please visit our boutique Rue François 1er.

Our sales advisors will be delighted to guide you and help you for your piece.

If your order has been placed online, please send us some photos with your request at our client customer service.

How can I attend a courrèges fashion show?

The selection of the people invited to our fashion shows is made beforehand by our press department located at our headquarter in Paris. Courrèges does not sell tickets to fashion shows.

You can view all the different courrèges fashion shows by visiting the website under the «Collections» categories in our menu. You will find all our shows as well as all the silhouettes from each of our catwalks.
