Vestiaire Collective’s team of experts will review your item(s) and send you an initial price offer, within two working days. You can either accept or decline this offer. Please note that this initial price offer is subject to a physical assessment of your item(s). Condition for bags that is not accepted: fair. Condition for clothing, shoes and accesories that is not accepted: fair, good.
Once you accept the initial price offer, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label in order to ship your items to Vestiaire Collective, free of charge. Each request will provide only one shipping label, so whether you're sending one or five items, they should all be packed in the same box. Vestiaire Collective teams will then review the items’ condition and confirm the final price via email.
