For the year 2024, Groupe Courrèges obtained a score of 83 out of 100, broken down as follows:

These results reflect the company's commitment to professional gender equality. However, aware of the areas for improvement concerning pay gaps and salary increases, Groupe Courrèges is implementing concrete actions to continue progressing.

Progress targets:

Target score for 2026 (based on 2025 data): 84/100

Target score for 2027 (based on 2026 data): 85/100

Planned actions:

Indicator 1 – Reducing the gender pay gap: Continue conducting detailed analyses of pay levels by socio-professional category and reduce identified pay gaps, particularly in the two relevant categories.

Indicator 2 – Balancing individual salary increases: Systematically take into account the Gender Equality Index results in annual salary increase decisions, in order to ensure a more balanced distribution between women and men.
