Courrèges offers delivery to addresses in Europe within 7 business days of the date of confirmation of your order.
This delivery time is approximate and may be modified. In this case, we will inform you of precise shipping times before you place your order, and before the final confirmation of your order.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Delivery method: Colissimo
Delivery charges are €15 including tax for France and Monaco, and €30 for the rest of Europe, regardless of the number of items ordered.
Delivery time is between 1 and 3 business days from the time the package is shipped from our warehouses.
If your parcel cannot be delivered to you as planned, it will be sent to the post office nearest your place of residence, where it will be held for a period of 10 business days.
To pick it up, simply go to the post office with the non-delivery notice left in your mailbox, or if necessary, the tracking number mentioned in the email you received from Courrèges when the product was shipped, as well as an official piece of ID.
If you have not taken action after the 10 business days, the parcel will be sent back to us. Upon reception of the parcel, your order will be cancelled and you will be reimbursed.

Procedure

You may choose to return a product because it is noncompliant with the initial order, or simply because you choose to exercise your right to cancel.
1)In the event that the products delivered were noncompliant, and in order to facilitate the return procedure, Courrèges will send you a pre-paid return label by email within 48 hours of your request. Print this label and attach it to your return parcel. For clothing returns, the label marked “Returns will be accepted only if this label has not been removed” must be in place and products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unwashed, and in the original parcel. Perfume bottles must not be opened and must be returned with their protective plastic slip.
2) If the products received are compliant with the original order, Courrèges will send you a return slip by email within 48 hours of your order. You must print this return slip and include it in your return parcel.

Reimbursement

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT

Prices do not include delivery fees; the customer will be informed of the delivery fee when placing the order. Product costs are calculated based on the prices applicable at the time the order is confirmed. ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
The products purchased by the Customer on www.courreges.com will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the order. If this delivery period is exceeded for reasons not justified by force majeure, the Customer may request the cancellation of the sale as set out in article L. 114-1 of the French Consumer Code and obtain a refund for the amount paid in the sale. Except in exceptional circumstances, or if one or several Products is out of stock, the Products ordered will be shipped together. Deliveries are carried out by an independent delivery company. The Customer is responsible for verifying the condition of Products delivered. Courrèges will replace, promptly and at its own expense, any Product the Customer has duly proven to be noncompliant or defective. If any noncompliant Product is returned following a delivery error, it must be sent back, along with the delivery note, to Courrèges, 40 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris. The Customer will receive a refund for the noncompliant Product within 7 days from the date the product is returned. Delivery and return charges for the noncompliant Product will be paid by Courrèges.
ARTICLE 5 –CANCELLATION PERIOD
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a cancellation period of 7 days from the date the Products are delivered to return them to Courrèges for a refund. The Customer may return the Product during the abovementioned period, the date on the delivery order acting as proof, subject to the following conditions:

- The Customer will be fully reimbursed for the amount paid, including delivery charges (unless only a part of the original shipment is being returned), by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer, or by cheque within 30 days from the date of cancellation. Return shipping charges will be entirely at the Customer’s expense (unless the Product(s) were noncompliant at the time of delivery.)
- If only part of the order is returned, the delivery charges will not be reimbursed by Courrèges given that the Customer received delivery service for unreturned items, and that the delivery charge is fixed regardless of the number of items ordered.
- If the Customer returns a Product after expiration of the abovementioned cancellation period, the Customer will not be reimbursed, and will be informed that the Product will remain available at the warehouse for a period of 6 months. The Products may be re-shipped to the Customer at the Customer’s request.
ARTICLE 6 – INFORMATION AND LIBERTIES
Customers are hereby informed that information concerning their orders is subject to automated data processing. In accordance with Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the personal data provided by the Customer are required to process the Customer’s order and are intended for internal use by Courrèges. However, this data may nevertheless be disclosed to third parties, Courrèges’ partners. The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of analysis for a transaction and to combat bank card fraud. Confirm that you have read and approved the General Terms of Sale. By clicking on “Confirm and proceed to payment,” you will be redirected to the secure payment site Ogone, in order to complete the payment information required to process your order.
The order will not be considered final until the necessary banking verifications have been performed and the final payment has been processed. Courrèges will send separate confirmation emails when your order has been received, and when your order has been shipped.
Secure payment
You can pay for your order:
- with the following cards: “Carte Bleue” debit card, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
When your order has been confirmed, a debit request will be sent to your bank. The order will be considered final after the agreement between the payment centres has been confirmed.
Your bank account will be debited within 2 days from the date your order is confirmed.
If you are paying with a deferred debit card, the payment for the order will be debited from your account at the end of that month.
Please save the certificate of payment if you would like to have a record of the banking information for each transaction.
When your order is shipped, an invoice will be created and will be made available via “Account / Orders.”

In accordance with current regulations, and to ensure the security and confidentiality of our transactions, Courrèges does not record credit card details.
Only our electronic banking partner, Banque Populaire-Ogone, a secure payment website, has access to this confidential information (card number, expiration date), which is not accessible to any third party.
View your order
To view a detailed summary of your order or orders, go to the “My Account” section of the website and click on “Orders,” then click the “View” button next to the relevant order.
There you will find a summary of information relative to your order: quantities and reference numbers of items purchased, amount paid, billing and mailing addresses, and payment and delivery methods.
